Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE / END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites), an episodic virtual reality game (the “Game”). Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites) is offered by LEGION VR, LLC. (“LEGION VR”).

To play Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites), LEGION VR requires that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). This EULA describes the terms and conditions under which you may use and play Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites). By downloading and/or playing the Game, you accept the terms and conditions in the EULA. If you do not accept the terms and conditions in the EULA, you must not download, access, or play Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites) and must discontinue its use immediately.

1. REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY

To play Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites), you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old.

  • Pay a fee, as charged by one or more online game distribution stores and/or platforms.

  • Download a copy of the Game to an authorized system.

  • Comply with this EULA.

2. TERMINATION; SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT

  • By LEGION VR: LEGION VR does not guarantee that it will continue to support the Game indefinitely. We may cease services for Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites) upon 30 days’ notice.

  • For Breach: LEGION VR may immediately terminate your rights if you breach the EULA, fail to pay fees, or engage in inappropriate gameplay.

  • Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game. You will not be entitled to compensation for time spent playing Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites) or any other refunds.

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

  • Use the Game commercially or for public streaming (Twitch/YouTube) without written consent.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.

  • Use cheats, macros, or automated bots to facilitate gameplay or rank.

  • Defame, harass, or impersonate other users or LEGION VR staff.

4. WAIVERS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites) is a VR experience. You acknowledge that:

  • Wearing a headset blocks your view of the real world; you are responsible for maintaining a safe environment.

  • VR carries risks including dizziness, nausea, and seizures.

  • By playing, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the physical and mental intensity of the Game.

5. LICENSE

  • Limited License: The Game is licensed, not sold. LEGION VR grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license for non-commercial use.

  • Software Updates: LEGION VR may push mandatory updates/patches. Failure to install these may result in an inability to play Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites).

6. AGE RESTRICTION

Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites) is available only to individuals aged 13 or older. If you are between 13 and 18, you must review this EULA with a parent or legal guardian.

7. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

LEGION VR is the sole owner of the Game and all Game Content (code, graphics, music, and characters). Any information you upload or transmit while playing is assigned to LEGION VR.

8. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. LEGION VR is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Exorcism of the Legion (Last Rites).

9. AMENDMENTS

LEGION VR may amend this EULA at any time by posting the updated version. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
